Real estate staging & concierge services

Mini-Staging is included when you list with us!  This package includes:

• declutter & de-personalize consultation
• furniture arrangement
• furniture & accessories placement
• color consultation

A two-hour hands-on walk-thru of the home where we make specific, detailed recommendations to help the home showcase its best features and benefits. We go room-by-room, including the exterior, with a checklist of prioritized updates.

Hands-on Staging is a small add-on fee for our clients.  This package includes:

• all above, plus move-in of accessories, window treatments, plants, bedding, etc.
• declutter/storing
• contracts last for one month term (30) days. Additional fees apply after 30 days
• $500 per room, minimum 2 rooms

Above, and a timeline of work to be completed to properly stage all spaces prior to scheduled photography.

Concierge Service Staging is only 1% of the sale price for our real estate clients.  We stage your home extensively based on the target market buyer. This package includes:

• all above, plus furnishings, artwork, rugs, lighting
• mini-renovation needs (ie: painting)
